⟐ What is?
TurkNet is a new generation internet service provider with nearly one million subscribers and its own products and solutions. Unlike its competitors, TurkNet adopted a completely digital transformation-oriented approach as of 2020, and started its transformation process. The mobile application was also one of the important instruments of this transformation.
⟗ Problem
TurkNet's mobile application is an insufficient application in terms of both experience and service problems in meeting the demands of subscribers. However, the most important problem was that the online transaction center's desktop version was more capable than the mobile application, and therefore, subscribers had to prefer the desktop version instead of the TurkNet mobile application.
𝝮 Solution
We redesigned the TurkNet mobile application to be at least as capable as the desktop version and free of experience problems. Most importantly, we restructured it with a new information architecture to make the development processes sustainable and enable subscribers to meet all their needs through the application.
