⟐ What is?

Superlancer is a platform created to meet freelancer needs of corporate firms. Superlancer starts with the mission to be the business model of the future and operates as a freelancer platform alternative to standing work system. Talented and proven freelancers are matched with corporate firms on Superlancers and freelancers have the chance to work with corporate firms independent of time and space.

⟗ Problem

Compared to competitors such as Fiver and UpWork, Superlancer is only created for corporate firms. Firms often prefer to work with various digital agencies that request high payments per job as these agencies act as a legal entity if they experience any general or financial problem. This need leads to slow, sometimes low quality, ambiguous results completed in a long time and resulting in high costs per project. The main reason for firms to avoid working with freelancers is the challenges in invoicing and contracting.

𝝮 Solution

Our most important aim in this product creating process is to make these two different personas (firms - freelancers) share the same environment and have a pleasant experience. Therefore, user interviews were conducted on only freelancers, only firms managers and with both parties. Accordingly, Superlancer which includes different properties such as task and time management, invoice and contract planner where firms can create their own team, as well as team role management, is structured as a platform where corporate firms can easily meet their invoicing and contracting demand and freelancers can match with these firms without incorporation
