⟐ What is?
Localexperience is a new generation guidance service. This start-up serves to individuals who do not want to benefit from crowded tour and guidance services but to experience a personalised holiday experience with a local guide who has extensive knowledge about the area.
⟗ Problem
Like many other start-ups, Localexperience was realised as MVP and benefits of user experience were not utilised in any process. Therefore, it was challenging for users from different demographics who want a local guide service to find the guide they are looking for easily and complete their booking in the easiest way possible.
𝝮 Solution
Bulky, non-aesthetic structure of the current product without having even the simples user experience rules was divided into experience processes and re-created based on 7 factors that affect user experience in Peter Morville’s “User Experience Honeycomb” as useful, useable, findable, credible, accessible, desirable and valuable.
