Fibaemeklilik and Hayat Inc., which operates in the retirement and life insurance areas of Fiba Group, has been one of the young and dynamic players of the sector since 2012. It aims to provide maximum benefit to its customers with its contemporary life insurance principles and customer-oriented structure.

⟗ Problem

Fibaemeklilik and Hayat Inc.  which is the only organization that can sell online among the retirement and life insurance firms in Turkey, wanted to highlight their talents and to improve web sites that had no independent and sensitive design in the current situation to the modern and technologically advanced. 

𝝮 Solution

When the personas revealed in the workshops were evaluated through the user interviews, it became clear that the world of retirement and insurance was a complex and laborious process.

For this reason, a planning tool has been created for the sales system to be made over the internet and a ground has been created to enable the users to buy the products that are most suitable for their instant needs without getting up or going to the branches.

In addition, the Fibaemeklilik and Hayat Inc. web site, which is not independent of the platform and has been left behind, has been re-created and as a result of an 8-month planning and study, the site was implemented as a new website which is current, dynamic, stylish and platform-independent.
