⟗ Problem

Borusan, who decided to "digitize more" in 2020, started this with the eTa project. However, the eTA mobile application provided an inadequate experience for drivers and had many errors. The application needed to be made more accessible and usable for drivers and its errors needed to be fixed.

𝝮 Solution

Benchmark researches were conducted to create a new experience, and the success of Uber Freight's experience design in particular among global counterparts was taken as an example. A new, more streamlined experience and design language was created, taking into account the "Material Design" principles used by Android devices that are more popular among eTA drivers and with a heavy emphasis on white balance.
