BKM Express

⟐ What is?

BKM Express is an easy, secure and free payment  system on your online shoppings which allows you to pay without carrying your card with you, entering your card informations and without sharing your card with workplaces.

⟗ Problem

In the second phase of this two-phase project,  old-fashioned design of BKM Express login screen must be redesigned with a new knowledge architecture to eliminate the hard-to-understand screens and offer platform-independent support in line with the current technology.

𝝮 Solution

A new knowledge architecture was created so that BEX users do not think that the product is a campaign website and to better focus on the benefits and operations of BKM Express. New knowledge architecture was supported with new helpdesk and support architecture as well as various functional tools to decrease complaint and support demands received by the BKM Express team which was set as KPI.
