Bionluk is a freelance platform offering alternative services to standard work system. Talented, experienced and successful freelancers and innovative and entrepreneur employers meet on Bionluk and they do business and exchange ideas independent of time and space in a business network.

⟗ Problem

Bionluk mobile application was a problematic service in terms of experience and technical aspects. As Bionluk worked more on website version due to different reasons, this has caused the experience on the application side to be neglected. As a result, there has been a large difference between the two channels. Mobile application had numerous errors that prevented freelancers and employer (buyer) to be matched and work easily in the application.

𝝮 Solution

During approximately 6-month preparing and work process, usability and user tests at different times and personas created with these tests resulted in new Bionluk mobile application. New simplified Bionluk mobile application freed from all technical and experience-related errors now has the same look of the website version. Fundamental persona types divided into two as an employer (buyer) and freelancers are diversified; their feelings and behaviours within the product are asked and the outputs enabled users to be better navigate, match easier and better manage the order process.
