⟐ What is?
Bilyoner is Turkey’s first electronic platform for chance games and was founded in 2014. In 2019, the online bet feature came up. After that, Bilyoner decided to update and renovate its mobile application to present chance games in different platforms and create endless fun for its members.
⟗ Problem
Switching to the new online bet system by renewing both software and user experience. Meanwhile, Bilyoner had to protect its target users and also attract the bet lovers who were using foreign betting sites. Therefore, interviews were made with 20 people consisting ofexisting Bilyoner users and bet lovers who are playing on foreign betting sites.
𝝮 Solution
The outcome of the interviews was that the users wanted the protection of existing visuality and the current experience of the foreign betting sites. For this reason, the existing esthetics of the Bilyoner App’s design was protected and an experience of being a part of the entertainment industry has been created. As a part of this experience, an exploration tool that updates and shifts depending on the movement of users, a “Santra” was created. The users who are navigated by the centre did notl ose anything of their good old experiences and also had a new and content-oriented experience. Consequently, they had the ability to reach their favorite leagues, see the featured games, bet easily on live games, and reach the comments of sports editors.
